Strategic Purchaser (m/f/d)
Ensure everything runs smoothly at NAP – reliable, hands-on, technically proficient.
Location: Pforzheim | Working hours: Full-time | Start: immediately | Remote: mobile working by arrangement
As a strategic purchaser, you will assume a central role in our company:
You will develop supplier relationships, identify new sources of supply, and ensure that electronic and mechatronic components are available on time, with the required quality, and at the right cost.
In doing so, you will combine commercial expertise with technical understanding
and actively contribute to the further development of our purchasing processes and procurement strategies.
Your responsibilities:
- You will manage and develop our supplier management and identify new national
and international sources of supply. - You will design and implement commodity group and
supplier strategies. - You will analyze and optimize existing purchasing processes and methods.
- You will independently conduct negotiations with international suppliers.
- You will handle the operational procurement of electronic and mechatronic components.
- You will ensure timely, quality-compliant, and cost-effective supply.
- You will organize and coordinate short-term procurement orders.
- You will work closely with internal departments to identify requirements early and implement them economically.
Your profile:
- Completed commercial training (e.g., industrial clerk, m/f/d) or a degree in business administration with a solid understanding of operational contexts and processes
- Practical background in the EMS or electronics industry or relevant professional experience in a comparable industrial environment
- Strong affinity for processes and digitalization, combined with the ability to critically evaluate purchasing workflows and actively develop them further
- Professional experience in purchasing, e.g., operational, tactical, or strategic
- English language skills, written and spoken
- Knowledge of contract law and contract management
- Excellent organizational and negotiation skills
- Confident demeanor, strong communication skills, and initiative
- High quality awareness and independent working style
Nice to have:
- Several years of experience in strategic purchasing at a manufacturing or technology-oriented company
- Experience in an international supplier environment
- Expertise in developing commodity group strategies
- Knowledge of common ERP, procurement, or supplier management systems

Accounting Clerk (m/f/d)

Location: Pforzheim | Working hours: Part-time (60-75%) | Start: immediately | Remote: mobile working by arrangement
We are looking for proactive and friendly support for our team immediately!
In this position, you will take care of daily tasks in our accounting department and help
us ensure that everything runs smoothly in the background. You don’t have to be perfect at everything
from day one – what matters to us is that you enjoy working with numbers and like to keep track of things.
Your responsibilities:
- Master daily operations: You will support us in reviewing and posting invoices and keep an eye on our incoming payments and general payment transactions.
- Support closings: Together with the team, you will participate in regular monthly and annual closings.
- Personnel & time: You will assist in preparing monthly payroll runs, for example by maintaining time clock data or sick leave notifications.
- Communication: You will be an important contact person for our internal departments as well as for external partners such as our tax office.
- Maintain overview: You will occasionally create small evaluations or reports and help us keep our systems (such as our ERP system) up to date.
Your profile:
- You have completed commercial training or have already gained initial practical experience in accounting.
- Numbers are your thing and you like to work in a structured and careful manner.
- You are a team player and keep a cool head even when there is more on your desk.
- You are interested in a part-time position (approx. 60 to 75%) where you can take your time to settle in.
