Thorough cleaning is the foundation: it removes flux residues, dust, grease and other contaminants, creating ideal conditions for processes such as coating or potting. With targeted protective coatings, we increase resistance to moisture, dirt, chemicals and temperature fluctuations – for a longer service life and stable performance, even under harsh conditions.
For particularly demanding requirements, we rely on 2K potting: with two high-performance systems, we reliably seal assemblies, effectively protect against vibration, moisture, dust and mechanical stress, and at the same time increase electrical insulation. Ultrasonic welding joins plastic parts quickly, precisely and permanently – without additional joining materials – ensuring tightness, stability and reproducible quality for housings and components.
With our modern laser marking, we permanently and in high resolution label components: serial numbers, codes, logos or traceability data are applied automatically, abrasion-resistant and tamper-proof – permanently legible, even under demanding conditions.
