In addition to SMD assembly, we provide high-performance THT assembly for through-hole components – wherever maximum mechanical stability and high performance are required, such as for connectors, power components, or electromechanical parts. Our machinery combines modern equipment with precise soldering processes, ensuring the highest quality and reproducible results.
At the heart of our operations is a SEHO SelectLine, which enables efficient inline production and reliably and economically processes even complex assemblies.
The assembly of through-hole components is carried out precisely and with process reliability. Depending on requirements, we select the appropriate soldering process to guarantee the optimal connection between component and PCB.
For special applications, we employ automated robotic soldering processes: Modern soldering robots produce extremely precise, consistent solder joints and are particularly suitable for sensitive or hard-to-reach components.
All processes are RoHS-compliant and meet current environmental and quality standards.
