Announcement:

We are very pleased to announce that NAP will once again be exhibiting at the world-leading electronica trade fair this November!
Participating in this important industry event is a key milestone for us. It provides the ideal platform to present our many years of experience and outstanding expertise to a broad, international specialist audience. We have set clear goals for the trade fair days:
Customer satisfaction: It is particularly important to us to engage in personal dialogue with our existing partners and customers. Direct communication helps us further enhance our high customer satisfaction and strengthen long-term relationships.
Customer acquisition: At the same time, we want to leverage our strong market position to make valuable new contacts and convince potential new customers of our solutions.

Our new cafeteria is inaugurated!
We started planning a year ago – with a clear goal: Our cafeteria should become more modern, more comfortable, and a place where community is tangible. Today, these ideas have become a space that is much more than a cafeteria:
A significantly larger kitchen now offers the opportunity to cook together.
A cozy seating area with sofas invites you to linger and exchange ideas.
Plants, wood, and natural materials create a pleasant atmosphere for well-being.
Through a targeted opening to Helmut Klein, what belongs together grows together – and our two sister companies move even closer.
At the beginning of July, we were able to inaugurate the new cafeteria together with the entire workforce of both companies. Catering was provided by Brasserie Pforzheim. For a sweet finish, there was ice cream from Lina’s Gelateria in Langensteinbach. A heartfelt thank you to everyone who planned, implemented, and brought this project to life.
We look forward to many shared meals, good conversations, and wonderful encounters in our new cafeteria!

We’re now even greener on the road – and in a new look!
It’s official:
Our new electric van is here and is now strengthening our fleet!
For us, this is another important step toward sustainable mobility. With our new, fully electric vehicle, we are actively reducing our carbon footprint and making a direct contribution to climate and environmental protection. Sustainability is not just a buzzword for us – we’re literally putting it on the road!
But that’s not all: Have you noticed something? Our electric vehicle is not only whisper-quiet and emission-free, but also serves as our latest mobile advertising space. And since we were at it, we gave our trusty “old” truck a visual upgrade too! Both vehicles have received brand-new graphics. With our eye-catching branding, we’re now unmissable on the road for you – in duplicate.

WE WERE THERE:
11th AOK Corporate Run in Pforzheim on May 19, 2026!
With plenty of motivation, team spirit, and good cheer, we started together and had a great evening.
For us, it wasn’t just about athletic performance, but above all about togetherness, exchange, and shared fun away from everyday work. Events like these show once again how important cohesion, exercise, and a strong sense of team are.
A big thank you to all colleagues who participated, cheered, and made this day special.
Thanks also to BWRunning and AOK Baden-Württemberg for the excellent organization and a thoroughly successful event!
We’re already looking forward to next time!

High-tech for maximum efficiency:
NAP optimizes material flow with state-of-the-art X-ray technology
With the new X-ray component counting device “HAWKEYE2000” from Techvalley, we are taking our materials management to a new level – especially with regard to the upcoming inventory for the fiscal year-end.
Fast & precise: Up to four component reels are scanned and counted in under 10 seconds.
Intuitive operation: Modern touch-screen interface for seamless use in daily production.
Seamless integration: Results are transferred directly to the ERP system – for maximum transparency and optimal resource utilization.
The result: significantly reduced inventory efforts and more efficient processes throughout the entire supply chain.
An additional advantage: The integrated X-ray technology also enables reliable inspection of assembled printed circuit boards – ensuring the highest quality standards in our production.
More transparency. More speed.
Less effort.

Investment in precision – Our new flying probe test system is live!
More space, more technology, more quality: After expanding our facilities by 500 sqm, the next step for NAP is clear – we are consistently investing in high-end technology.
Since the end of 2025, our new flying probe system “Pilot VX” from manufacturer Seica has been in operation. Equipped with automated multi-magazine loaders & unloaders, it takes our testing capacity to a new level.
What does this mean specifically for our customers?
Maximum flexibility: Fast test readiness without expensive adapter construction – ideal for prototypes as well as small and medium production runs.
Maximum reliability: Precise error detection even on highly complex printed circuit boards.
Shorter lead times: Automated loading and unloading for efficient processes.
We are not just investing in machines, but in the safety of your products. Through this upgrade, we combine deep testing know-how with state-of-the-art hardware.
Do you have questions about our new testing capabilities or are you planning a project with high quality requirements?

IPC Training: Quality that counts!
To deepen understanding of the quality standards required in the manufacture and inspection of electronic assemblies, our employees received a refresher last week from our internal IPC trainer in the form of training on the current IPC-A-610 standard. In small groups, the guideline was explained, practical examples from everyday work were shown, and existing knowledge was reinforced.
Through regular training, we build on continuous professional development of our staff and offer our customers sustainably sound know-how in electronics manufacturing.
October 2025
Opening of our expanded production area
After about 7 months, the time came in October: All construction work in the area of the former print shop was completed, the arrangement of workstations was finalized, and we were able to successfully complete the “production expansion” project. This not only provides spatial relief in the current production area, but also allows us to set up manufacturing processes optimized for material flow by creating the new area of approximately 500 sqm.
We celebrated this major step appropriately with a small inauguration ceremony and traditionally opened the new area together with the shareholders.
A modern work environment was created with newly purchased work tables that meets our standards.
We look forward to using the potential of this newly gained space to grow and expand manufacturing depth within the scope of customer projects.
We are ready!
November 2024
Announcement:

A highlight of our anniversary year 2024 was our participation at electronica in Munich. From November 12 to 15, we presented our company there in two teams, made new contacts, had inspiring conversations, and met great people.
Some colleagues took the opportunity to get an impression at the world-leading trade fair of the rapid technological development in all fields of electronics, and our purchasing team maintained supplier contacts on-site and exchanged ideas with business partners.
On the last day of the fair, a group of students from Pforzheim University visited us at the booth and learned about entry opportunities (internships, theses, direct entry) in the electronics industry as part of the “Career Walk.”
These were exciting and successful days at electronica 2024 in Munich.
